Hozelock Hosepipe Cart
Good value for money - included several accessories including nozzle, spray gun and lawn sprayer. Easy to use and store. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge, not helped by there being no instructions! Had to download an instruction leaflet from the Hozelock website.

Hosepipe that dispenses water
Looked at others via B&Q that were priced more competitively but these were NOT sold by B&Q but resellers and even though on their website you can`t take advantage of Club Discounts. All as expected , easy to put together (Instructions are on flap of box).

Comes in bits self assembly required
Purchased this item in store, I needed a new one to replace a very old one, I picked this as it was a good name and not knowing much about these purchased it without realising that you had to totally build it yourself which for some people this could be ok but not for me. I did by best but had difficulty adding the hose reel. I contacted B & Q to ask if somebody at the branch could help, they said no problem bring it in. It took two member of the seasonal staff over 30 minutes to put this last piece together, they were very obliging and I really appreciated it. So unless you can follow lots of instructions in pictures buy one already put together.

Missing parts
Missing the metal handle, contact the manufacturer but no feedback over a week.

Lack of instruction, wrong adapter
No instruction on how to fit the spring, fortunately there is video online by Hozelock which explains how to fit it. Comes with wrong adapter which means you won't be able to put it together anyway.

GREAT HOSE
Great hose but the stand is difficult to wind back onto if you are alone as you cannot hold it still and wind it on easily, but the hose itself is great.
