Elegant

One star because you can't give zero stars.
I bought this to fit into our newly decorated sitting room. I'm an experienced DIYer and have fitted countless ceiling fittings before. It was the worst designed fitting I have ever come across. The ceiling rose isn't actually deep enough to accomodate all the wiring so I had to loosen the ceiling fitting simply to get the very small screws in. I finally got it on and fitted the glass shade (this requires a special tool), this is a five lamp fitting and was supplied with only four shades. It did look good. I fitted the bulbs, turned the power back on but it didn't work. Its going back tomorrow.
