Great product 👌
New bath tap they were easy to fit surprise shower head very good and easy to fit to wall. Only just fitted see how long they last.

Good tap!
Had this tap for over a month now. All is good, works well no leaks. Very happy. Quality could be better but you get what you pay for.

this product is rubbish
i could not wash my hair today because the shower valve would not budge will be asking for refund do not buy this attractive tap

Osani shower mixer tap
Worst tap ever. Shower nozzle only worked for 1 week. Had yo get it removed ftom thd bath and took it back to B&Q. They did refund no problem but it was such an inconvenience with having to do the job all over again. Bought Bristan tap this time...been brilliant so far.

Complete waste of money
These taps are the worst mixer taps I’ve ever bought if you pull up for the shower you can’t use it because you can’t pull it back up when you change it from bath to shower I would definitely not recommend anybody buying this

Leaking tap
This pipe is not durable, it continues to loosen after 5 attempts to resolve the problem

Major design fault leading too leaks
I’ve recently bought and installed these tap. Look amazing however luckily we hadn’t replaced the bath panel till we did the flooring. When using the shower we noticed water leaking around base of the taps, so tightened up as much as possible and couldn’t stop the leak. Puzzled as all washers were in place, correct sized holes drilled in the bath. so just couldn’t understand it. So removed taps and I’ve noticed a major design fault!! The silver rim at the base of taps has a wash for connecting to the bath but there’s no washer or water seal between the metal ring and the tap base itself. This picture shows the additional washer I have inserted and where the problem is. Installed them again to check and the leak is sorted. However I will be taking them back. I would advise anyone who’s installed them to remove the bath and check. Especially if you use the shower facility a lot.

Do not buy
Taps are great and look lovely but it’s impossible to pull up the button to turn the shower head on rendering that part useless. It’s all fitted and screwed into the wall so can’t take it back.

Stylish tap with hand shower
This tap compliments my new contemporary bathroom. I have good water pressure and the force from the shower is impressive. It is easy to clean. 2 small gripes. It is difficult to swap from shower to tap when it is already turned on and the pillar of the hot tap gets incredibly hot
