Poor design
Purchased three of these for a small office refurb. Once fitted they perform their function but the design of the fitting screw at the bottom makes what should be a simple quick job an absolut pain.

Impossible to fit!
Don’t waste your money on this product as it is literally impossible to fix as tightening screw goes in at an angle when tightening and is too close to tiles or wall to tighten with a screw driver properly, Returned for refund.

Love it
It looks so nice in my bathroom I want one for my kitchen too! It was really easy to fix and it is not hard to clean at all. I highly recommend this product, it is really pretty and looks like very good quality

Good product
Had this for the last couple of weeks and so far so good. Really easy to set up and attach to the wall and it looks simple and stylish. It does feel slightly cheap and the quality is not amazing but it is still good overall.

Does the job
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Easy to install. Feels solid and of high quality. The towel ring has a chrome finish that doesn't seem like it's going to chip off and expose plastic underneath. Overall very happy with this
