Rejointeur Araxos 19mm
Problème, le rejointeur ne rentre pas dans la barre de 19mm

Do not fit 28mm poles
These bends are the same size as the poles available, and therefore do not fit! Staff in store could not recommend anything as they only sell 2 pile sizes big and small, none will fit these bends. Do not buy for 28mm poles.

Rubbish
Very flimsy and cheap, poor fittings, B&Q use to sell good quality bay window poles, this new product is useless

Terrible product
I bought the poles and brackets in store but the bends had to be bought online. I had fixed the brackets to wall in anticipation of the bends arriving. Just as the other reviewer states the bends and the exact same diameter as the poles. No connectors are available in storecand the staff could only scratch their heads and suggest I call customer service. In the end I had to make my own connectors from wood. Avoid these at all costs. Such a pity as with connectors this would have been a relatively easy job and the poles look good. But, the end result is a pole so flimsy I cant close my curtains. Terrible product.

Inutilisable
Impossible de le relier à la tringle, aucune explication, pas de notice explicative. Il manque probablement un article pour relier ces deux éléments... Mais rien chez Castorama. Inutilisable !!!!

cannot use the bend
I bought this bend online, together with Kimlos poles, based on the information in the description that the parts are compatible. Well, they are not, they have exactly the same diameter and there is no way to connect them together. I wasn't able to find any useful information from BQ support nor from the local shops, thus a complete waste of my time and money. I will take them back. The colour is not even black, as advertised, but closer to the 'brushed nickel effect' (as for the Athens set, which is a similar product) - perhaps they had also sent me a different set of poles, wrongly labelled....
