good
I bought this to paint a standard sized staircase at home: one tin has done one coat. It is easy to use and went on well. You have to work fairly speedily as by the end the product was getting tacky and there was a bit of rolling on/ rolling off going on. This was not to the point off being problematic for me but I imagine if you were working on a large floor that takes longer this could be annoying (as per other reviews). The colour looks darker than expected.
