just the job
needed a pole to span 2.4 m across a bay window and carry heavy velvet curtains. this pole is sufficiently rigid to manage this without any bow. just the job. cutting would have been simple [with electric tool], but our walls are not straight so was time consuming to measure and then [after 3 cuts] fix.

This product is great value.
We bought this pole last month to use as a clothes rail for my daughter. It is of a high quality and looks great. The price was very reasonable too. There was quite a variey of 'ends/finials' to purchase if this pole was being used for curtains.
