Horrendous!
Kitchen installed 8 months ago. Mark free work top it stated brilliant I thought. I can’t walk into the kitchen without feel bitter disappointment and shame that I picked this work top. I can spend hours buffering it and within minutes it looks worn and shabby. Absolutely horrendous for a kitchen it’s not practical I absolutely hate it.I’ve probably got to live with this for a few more years unless I find something to cover it. I have tried lots of products to clean it but it dries and looks just as bad.

Best I've ever had
I have had this product for 5 years I can honestly say there is not an unwanted mark on the surface...all you have to do is follow the cleaning instructions ie warm soapy water applied with a micro fibre cloth, wash off all the soap then buff with a dry microfiber cloth.... I will admit for the first few days every mark seemed unwilling to go ....but perseverance works ...the trouble is there are too many products that plead for your use when the simplest of materials will suffice .....I now wipe down every evening or if I've made a real mess when cooking after I've cleared all the surfaces.....just give it a try

Big mistake
When I saw and felt this worktop in the showroom I thought it amazing…..as soon as it was installed and was actually using the kitchen I realised I had made a huge and expensive mistake. Constantly wiping marks …marks from putting a rinsed cup down on it which seems to be absorbed by the surface which then needs to be cleaned. I’ve found the best product is Mr Muscle kitchen cleaner wiped off with a damp cellulose sponge…dish cloths are hopeless. Definitely not suitable material for a kitchen work top. Hoping to replace it as 6 years is long enough and it seriously drives me crazy.

So disappointed in these everything marks and stains. Absolutely devastated my new kitchen looks a mess all the time. Stay well clear

Not fit for purpose
Bought 2 of these last year. Supposed to be stain and scratch resistant. Both or ruined. Any soapy water splash will stain within 2 mins. Don't let any oil or food touch them whilst cooking. Instant staining. We have to put tea towels on before putting anything on tops. Oh. And they won't honour the 10 year warranty. Given the runaround at every point.

Cleaning hassle
Didn't check reviews of this product as it was chosen for us by B&Q's kitchen planner. We assumed that we wouldn't be sold something which is plagued by staining. You can't simply wipe away water marks etc. and the worktop becomes increasingly ugly and always looks grubby. Thankfully, these stains can be removed by wiping the surface with coconut oil. You then have to wipe this off ad infinitum. Each time you do this the worktop looks like new. Still, it's hassle. The manufacturer / B&Q should deal with issue, it's well documented here, and they probably would if you made enough fuss. But who wants to go through an entire replacement exercise?

Nightmair
Once they are in.. They look amazing. BUT.. soon as you touch the top wit anything, you spend 20 mins buffing them. Especially finger prints. But the biggest nightmare is, I put my car keys on it. And it's scratched it, and it won't buff out.. its worthless if you can't put anything on the worktops. We have to put a tea towel down first before we put anything on.

Superb worktop,worth more than 5 stars
Am shocked at the negative reviews for this worktop,it looks great,is great value, and is so easy to clean, a dish cloth, water and micro fibre cloth brings it up perfectly ,nothing else is needed, ignore the negative reviews

Horrendous
Having replaced one piece of this worktop 3 times due to it blowing and water ruining it, we eventually got a full refund for all of it! The stains however for those of you still suffering can be removed with erase away sponges (1.29 quality save)
