It's a replacement hanging basket.
The chains are going rusty already not a pritty sight.

Poor quality
I bought four of these hanging baskets a few weeks ago to use on my hanging basket stand. I planted them up and unfortunately they have all become misshapen due to the weight/water in them. Disappointed with this purchase.
