Waste of money
The draws don't sit on the runners and the draws are sat on top of each other and I can't use them

easy to build
purchased one of these at full price and very impressed with it we purchased another one a few weeks later. they were easy to put together and very sturdy. the only down side and we did not notice until we put both together is that the handles of the second one are higher than the first. there is no way you would notice as they are all pre cut for you. it does look a little off but does no way affect them they are a good set and would buy again but next time by both at the same time

Absoloute rubbish
Me and my partner brought this as a quick way to finish our guest room off, the only good aspect is the price but you get what you pay for right, it's all rubbish!! The quality of the drawers are as I say rubbish they don't even hold four pairs of jeans without breaking through the bottom, so bad and the draws after using cleaning wipes or dust cloth and pledge goes all bitty and looks dreadful . The wardrobe also does not join correctly where the doors meet. Please see photos for examples, Don't buy this product.!

improvements!!
We recently bought 2 of these. The first one was easy to put together. The second was fine until putting handles on. Sheet which said 'Due to continuous improvements we have changed the handle and screws.' You have to snap the screws to required length to fit, which my husband had to do using a vice and hacksaw which seemed ridiculous for such a small job! Certainly not an improvement. Pleased with quality for the price.

Neat, but B&Q's cost-cutting is frustrating
The product is neat and tidy and lives up to the pictures, but the handles (in contrast to the Elsey wardrobe and bedside tables) comes with handles which require assembly and snap-off screws which come too long. Only a very short length of the screw needs to be snapped off, which is extremely difficult to do. Make sure you have two sets of pliers and one set of strong arms and hands to snap to the required length. Even if you manage to snap the screws, chances are you will have damaged the thread so that the screw becomes useless. SORT THIS OUT B&Q. I only managed to fit all of my handles because I happened to have spare screws that fit the handles, as four of them were damaged beyond use. This is the only issue in what is otherwise a perfectly fine product, hence the score I have given.

Good value
There has been a change to the design of the drawer handles fixing - the fixing screws are designed for different lengths with the need to break off part in order to fit this drawer. I found it difficult to break off the end without bending the screw. There was not suggestion as to how this could be done easily. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the chest.
