This Fresh sage paint has been specially designed to give a durable and long-lasting satin finish on exterior doors & windows. Simply apply with a brush or roller and leave for touch dry in 1 hour to dry - a great way to give the surfaces additional protection. Covers 10m² per litre on average.
- For use on Doors & windows
- Surface Preparation - Before using this product ensure all surfaces to be painted are clean and dry with no dirt, grease, rust or flaking paint. Areas affected by mould, algae or fungi should be treated with an appropriate fungicidal wash. Metal surfaces: Remove rust using Hammerite Rust Remover. On new galvanized surfaces, allow to weather for six months before application. New bare wood: To ensure 6 year weather protection is achieved, prepare bare wood with Weathershield Exterior Preservative Primer+ (BP), wiping off any excess. Surface defects should be repaired using the appropriate Polycell product. uPVC: Apply direct to clean substrate.
- Instructions for Use - Stir thoroughly before use to ensure the paint is completely mixed. Apply two coats by brush or roller, allowing 4 hours between coats. Tip: Apply only in dry conditions, above 10°C and when bad weather is not forecast. If applying on uPVC, the use of light colours only, particularly on south facing elevations is recommended to avoid solar heat gain damaging the uPVC.

Lovely colour, easy to apply, fast drying
bought this to paint some exterior driveway gates (vintage 50s 60s) in solid wood, 2/3 of the 750ml tin has covered the panels on the fronts with 2-3 coats. The colour is bolder and more vibrant and in my opinion nicer than the paler Sage colour of other exterior wood/metal satin paints on the market. And being multi-surface, it means I can use this paint to refresh my front door (50s solid wood) AND my uPVC tiny storm porch door/frame and keep the colour consistent throughout. off to buy another tin or two!

Beautiful Paint Colour
From the picture you can see what a beautiful colour this is and how good a finish this has made to our front door. 3 coats and still have plenty of paint remaining. This paint certainly did enhance a poorly decorated boring cream front door that we moved into.
