A reliable Dulux interior matt emulsion paint that is suitable for use on wall & ceiling, making it a great choice to give your home a refresh. Malt chocolate is a stunning shade of beige that will add a contemporary feel to your design. Use this emulsion paint to create an effortlessly matt finish with easy application and minimal cleanup. This 2.5L size will cover up to 32.5 m² on average. You can use a brush or roller to apply an even layer. Dulux Easycare ensures a rich depth of colour after just 2 coats and with its quick drying formula, it can be recoated after 2-4 hours. This paint offers top quality protection, designed to be washable and resistant to stains, making it an ideal choice to use in your home. As well as looking brilliant, this water-based paint is safe for use in your home. It contains minimal VOCs and it has low odour levels, making it a safe choice for you and your environment.
- Suitable for use on Wall & ceilings
- Surface Preparation - New plaster of plasterboard should be sealed with a plaster sealer. For non-powdery surfaces or to cover contrasting colours, prepare with a walls and ceilings primer. Painted surfaces should be sanded, clean and dry. Remove any loose or flaking material. Fill any holes or defects with filler. When sanding, wear a face mask to avoid dust inhalation
- Instructions for Use - Stir to ensure paint is completely mixed in hot environments. If new, bare and absorbent surface, seal with this product, thinned 10% with water if necessary. Apply 2 coats with a brush or roller, leave 2-4 hours between coats. Do not apply in very damp or humid conditions or in extreme temperatures. If the colour change is strong then more coats may be required. If you use more than one can, mix them together in a large container or finish in a corner before starting a new can. Leave 2-4 hours to dry.
- Instructions for Storage - Store the paint in dry conditions and protect from extreme temperatures.

Nice shade if you want pink tone
I was looking for a nice mutual brown for my hallway and bought this off the colour card rather than buying a test pot first (my fault). When the hallway was being painted, I noticed it was looking very pink in tone. Part of the hallway was done, and I realised it was not the shade I wanted. Very pink in tone.

Pink not chocolate
Great coverage two coats does the job however it’s very pinky! I was looking for a warm soft brown, this is mauvy pink. I bought this to cover the mellow mocha which I found too pink! Not doing very well am I?

Not the colour I was expecting
I have to agree with the other reviews. I was expecting less pink and more brown in colour. I think I can learn to live with it- I'll have to as the entire hallway has now been painted. Shame, as the colour in the picture was much nicer.

Pink paint
Paint is pink. Very annoyed as now I have to spend even more money to fix it

Nice paint, but too pink for my taste
As other reviewers have pointed out - this is not a shade of chocolate - more like Ovaltine. Unfortunately, after painting a section of my hallway, I changed my mind when I saw it looked decidedly pink. Will be returning my unused tins. Dulux make quality paints, and I couldn't fault the ease of application or the finish. However, the accuracy of the colour reproduction on the brochure is appalling. I also feel like their off the shelf colour palette has become dated. I wanted a warm neutral, but Dulux are still peddling the same old shades of grey they were selling 10 years ago.

Great Coverage, not chocolate though!
The paint is very easy to apply, smooth and not too watery. I re-painted our hallway and 2 coats were more than sufficient. Like the other reviews the colour is not chocolate it is more pink/purple luckily it matches and actualy looks really good but if you want a chocolate/brown colour I'd go for something else. if you want a nice pink/purple colur this is lovely.

Not quite the malt chocolate you’d expect
The colour has more of a pink tone to it than a ‘malt chocolate’ colour! Luckily my partner still likes it

Great Paint but not representative of the colour
The colour has a very lilac tone in most lights. It’s a lovely paint and luckily looks ok with the other colour in the room but could easily catch someone out!! Definitely not a ‘chocolate’ colour! Beware!
