Great Dulux Product & Shade
I bought this product to freshen my downstairs showroom.

This is lilac
This looks nothing like the colour it shows on the tin. It is a light purple/lilac. Have to now repaint.

Awful colour- pale blue hue
I bought this paint as the tester panel in the store & panel on the front of the tin showed a lovely pale grey. I have bought 2 different Dulux grey shades before and was very pleased with them. In fact, Dulux has never disappointed me before. I wanted a really pale grey as an alternative to white. I should have read the reviews or bought a tester pot. Although I think the price of tester pots are a rip off. The paint was actually a sickly pale blue colour. Waste of time, money & effort. What’s more Dulux must know about the problem as quite a few customers have complained about it. Now I don’t trust them I will have to buy a tester pot before I repaint my entire room.

One coat completed the task
I usually hate painting as a lot of paint is very watery but this was perfect.

Really great paint
Covers in one coat and does not drip. Excellent to use.

Lilac
I was hoping that once it was dry, it would be more grey. Nope. Definitely lilac. And was so thick, it was like painting with melted ice cream! I returned the paint to B&Q for a swap

absolutely awful...lilac not grey!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT GREY WALLS! This is a horrible lilac colour. I bought in store so I hadn't seen the reviews and I will be returning it to ask for a refund. Now I need to buy a new colour and repaint as on checking the pot assumed it would dry grey and kept painting...I was wrong!
