Poor quality
Drilled the correct size hole stated for the plug in the packet,started to screw the steel vine in and broke in 2 parts,waste of money

Catastophique. La vis se casse
J'ai fait un trou de 8mm, j'ai posé la cheville, puis et j'ai vissé la vis gond. En inserant la vis dans la cheville, La vis s'est cassée dans le mur à la jointure de la partie filettée et du coude. Impossible a ressortir. Il a fallu faire un nouveau percement. La deuxième vis était au bord de la rupture. Je me demande si elle aurait tenu la charge. qualité nulle. note 0 étoile.

Total rubbish
One screw snapped while screwing in and left me with a hole in the wall.

Horrendous. Avoid. Discontinue.
Advised by an employee for hanging a heavy mirror. One screw bent while turning & one snaped completely, leaving a redundant installed rawlplug. Absolute waste of money. Diall products are the worst thing to happen to B&Q. I should know, I worked there for 5 years.

Poor quality
Bought this to hang a mirror followed instructions and yes as per previous reviews it snapped whilst being screwed in and had to be drilled out as per previous comments. Wish I had taken notice rather than thinking it was a faulty item.

DO NOT BUY ! bought this to hand mirror and screw sheared off when turned. Another poor 'Diall' product.

Poor quality
I bought this product to hang a mirror. Both hooks broke when they were screwed in. Had to drill 2 more holes to fix the mirror as it was impossible to remove the broken hooks inside the plugs.
