Tire fonds qui cassent

Les tire-fonds cassent dans la cheville au serrage. Inadmissible de vendre du matériel d'aussi mauvaise qualité !

Screws and plugs not well matched

I bought this product and followed the instructions with correct drill size, making a hole in concrete the correct diameter. The screw is too tight in the plug, and the first time I used it, it required immense force to screw it in, reaching only half the length before the steel failed, broke in two, and left a stub in the plug that was impossible to remove. Highly inconvenient as the job then needed a lot of remedial work to make it good. Unfortunately I bought it more than the 45-day return period and I no longer have the receipt.
