Diall 4" Foam Roller sleeve
All rollers have a purpose and these are no different.i use these for top coat on fiberglass roofing doing the trims.if you want to use them for gloss "dont" get Foam.

Textured finish
I agree with the other one star reviews, the rollers leave a textured finish. Best to use a standard foam roller and put these in the bin.

These are great fab finish lovely to use
I brought these after having to redo wardrobe doors previously done with chalk paint and basic white foam roller (gave awful results) so sanded lightly, washed down, primer, redone with Dulux quick dry gloss (fab too) and used these rollers, no fluff, soft spray like finish, impressed. Tips -don't overload, bubbles can appear, if they do, smooth them out, keep wet edge, keep working moving evenly, it took 3 coats for lovely finish. These were beige Melanie 1980s doors. (I had no fluff or bits rollers kept good shape).

Bad finish
Soaked up lots of paint and left doors looking a mess, don’t waste your time with these gutted.

Furry Paint
Like the another customer, my smooth finish paint job on eye level kitchen cabinets was speckled with little bits of fur from the roller - so no alternative to sand the whole bank of cabinets and start all over again. Never buying Diall anything ever again.

Hairy paint
I been using this type for a number of years, from other companies, never a problem in the past. That was untill these. What a nightmare. Lightly sand for second coat, tack rag and then paint topcoat with fastflow satin. I think the photo will say it all. Not happy as I have 7 doors painted and all the skirting and frames. Yes the 4 inch and the little 2 inch has done this. Some I didn't sand back just to see if there was a difference. Now I ha e to wait for it all to harden and then start all over again. With a better quality roller. Never with I use these again.

Produit dont la qualité a bien
Cela fait longtemps que j'achète ces rouleaux pour mes peintures sur des boiseries.Et lors de mon dernier achat, j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de voir les rouleaux s'abimer à toute vitesse. Après 1 ou 2 utilisations, ils sont fendues ou déformés. Les rouleaux paraissent très peu denses
