Protecting the garden fence and wooden structures
I am very pleased with the colour and application to both the wooden fence, garage and attached shed. I applied two coats which produced a balanced and complete coverage of the wood showing the natural grain and its character that I applied it too. It was easy to apply it, using the fence brush that I used, and based on limited experience of when it has rained since being applied the cuprinol shades has created a water repellant covering which encourages beads to form on the wood surface rather than soak into the wood. The Olive Garden colour came up lighter than we first thought it might which is good as it makes the garden look bigger and has a fresh look to it. I would recommend this colour if you want a natural look. Time will tell if the claim that this will last 6 years as it has only been 2 weeks thus far.

Brilliant Product
I have been buying this Garden Shades for several years now and this product is ideal to use outside on all wood. It really keeps the water away and it never spilts in the summer sun. It covers very well and if you need a second coat you can do it after 4 hours after the first. Good value for money

Beautiful olive green
Love this colour. Perfect coverage. Always use cuprinol in the garden. B&Q click and collect easy to use

Colour variation
Tried 3 different colours, Olive Garden, willow and urban slate. Only urban slate actually looked the same colour as in the booklet and on the tin, the other 2 were nothing like advertised. However, it is a good solid paint, best put on with a roller if possible.

Lovely shade
This is a beautiful subtle green/grey shade. It goes on easily, probably needs two coats initially, then one coat yearly is enough to spruce it up. Love it!

Cuprinol Coverage
An old summer house stained a deep chestnut brown, has been brought back to life with two coats of Cuprinol Olive Garden and now looks fantastic

Looks great...but you need more than you think!
This is a really lovely shade and looks fabulous, but you need two coats minimum (and three in places on older fences/sheds) and so buy a large tin.
