Large capacity
bought this about 6 months ago and after looking at poor reviews, I have to disagree, great microwave and grill, easy to use and looks great

Don't Buy One!
Had my new kitchen installed in August 2015. Left button started to come loose within 9 months. I was sent a replacement 2 months after informing B & Q but the new one doesn't heat anything. Now awaiting delivery of 3rd microwave. Matching oven keeps tripping the fuse box. Don't buy Cook and Lewis appliances.

Rubbish - don't want your time.
Got this and wish had not bothered. Highly recommend in store but is rubbish when using it. To put the microwave on for two min. Press right dial, turn right dial to microwave, press left dial, turn left dial to increase time, press left dial, turn left dial to increase power, press right dial to start.

Poor product
Bought this product to match the oven in a new fitted kitchen in October. Within 2 months it developed a vibration which has got louder. B&Q have agreed to replace it, but don't have any stock, so having to have a different model. Condensation big issue & difficult to get stuff in & out as I'm not very tall.

Bad buy
Looks great but the condensation inside is horrendous. I complained & it was replaced but the second one is just as bad, can't even see inside when in use Also the drop down door is awkward

not the best
Purchased this microwave as ive always just had cheaper table top microwaves. It looks fantastic in my new cooke and lewis kitchen but unfortunately its not as good as cheaper ones ive had. When warming up dishes the condensation builds up inside and when the door is opened the water drips from roof, sides and door resulting in my double oven below getting soaked. Also its quiet a complicated product to use having to use both knobs to set temp and minutes before cooking. I would not reccommend this product.
