Terrible - don't buy
Bought this from B&Q, within 2 weeks it was sliding to the sides even though the bolts were at the tightest level. Within 3 months the screws fall out of & the metal used in rusted. My daughter fell on the floor as the whole toilet seat came loose. Useless

Bumper Bummer

Hopeless
Looks great, but it's definitely the worse toilet seat we've ever had. 3 of the plastic spacers underneath the seat have fallen off and even though its tightened up, within a few hours its slipping to the left and should you sit down quickly, you'll find yourself grabbing the wall for balance!

Hinges and fixings substandard
The nylon washers on the top of the toilet split after a few months of use and you can’t buy spares as they’re a slick fix moulding to this hinge. Poor product.

Want to retrofit your own hinges?
We bought this seat to replace one just like it that had fallen apart over a period of about 5 years. I was reticent to do this, but my wife and son liked the design, so plumed for it again. What a disaster. The bulk of the seat appears to be okay, but the hinge section, that you attach to the bowl, effectively fell apart after _three months_. There are these white plastic discs that are designed to hold the screws in place for a start. They disintegrated after a month. Also, it's supposed to be possible to finely adjust the position of the hinges on a rotational system: this is extraordinarily flimsy, and the seat keeps on moving by about 3cm left/right. The faux chrome finish is atrocious: on the previous seat, this started to show wear after about 3 years. Here, only 2 months, and staggeringly so. Unless you can retrofit our own hinges, avoid this stylish but deeply flawed toilet seat. Other than appearance, about the only other good thing is ease of installation.

Looks amazing but not practical
Chose this as its a beautiful looking design however 6 months in the hinges began to come away from the fittings on one side and you were left constantly readjusting seat before use as it leaned to one side.

Horrendous assembly instructions
I bought this about a year ago but hadn't fitted it as my old seat was still functional. I found the picture assembly instructions very difficult and then impossible to follow especially picture 6 onwards !!!! If I could fit it together it would be a great attractive product for my bathroom.

Corroded hinges dangerous bum plant
Go this seat 1 year ago and it broke today. WHO MAKES HINGES OUT OF CORROSIVE METALS?! Also its very difficult when installing but was willing to let it slide till now. DO NOT BUY.
