Rubbish at getting panel replaced
We purchased the Adelphi bathroom suite only for years later the panel to be damaged,. B&Q wont sell you the panel on its own, you have to buy the entire suite again ! They were absolutely no help at all, and rubbish ! Tried Cooke & Lewis and told same thing. Wouldnt touch this company again

Replacement panel unavailable
I bought the product about 7 years ago. The panel has now cracked. It seems that no-one stocks replacements. Most annoying!

Poor Quality
Similar problems as other reviewers - very thin poor quality panel that has turned yellow. If you buy, budget to buy a replacement in a couple of years.

Cracked and discoloured
Bought this as part of a suite, brittle and flimsy. Started cracking within 18 months, completely broken at the curve within 2 years. Also started yellowing fairly quickly. Very poor quality :-/

Poor quality bath panel
Bath panel supplied & installed by B&Q with a whole bathroom installation, we where provided with a copy of their Cooke & Lewis 10 year guarantee at the time of fitting in 2014. The bath panel has become brittle & has cracked especially at the point where the bath panel curves, contacts B&Q to be told that the panel isn’t included in this guarantee and only has a 12month warranty on it, at no point was we informed or read in the paperwork provided that this item was excluded from the quarantee they provided. Very poor customer service and a seriously unfit for purpose product. Have been in contact with B&aqua who advised that the panel is only guaranteed for 1 year because it’s designed to be removed for maintenance! Our panel has been in situ since it’s intial installation, it’s been looked after but yet it’s still cracked. Does B&Q really sell products that they are only confident will last their customers a year? From such a big company I would really expect more! My advice.......don’t buy this panel or expect good aftercare!

Replacement for one that had turned off white
I bought this one to replace the original purchased with suite bought 8 years ago which had turned a off white green colour. Nice to have one white again, I do hope it lasts longer than original! Ss28o much for colour fastness?

First one went yellow!
Have just purchased a new bath panel as the first one turned yellow after a short while. I am hoping the same doesn't happen to this one! The service when ordering was excellent (Laura) however we were puzzled when we were told we had to pay a £10 delivery charge even though we were collecting from store. I have since written to B & Q and Georgie was most helpful and agreed the original panel should have lasted at least 6 years, so was given a gift card to the value of £40 (half the cost of the panel and the £10 delivery charge). New one is now fitted and fingers crossed it doesn't turn yellow. Cannot fault the customer service though.

Poorly described on website
Ordered this panel online and discovered upon delivery that it was for a curved bath!
