Paint coverage for newly plastered room
I bought the 5 L tub which states 60m2 paint coverage . My room total surface area is just less than 30m2 (walls and ceiling) so thought this 5 L tub would be perfect for applying the required 2 coats of paint. However, i managed to only just complete one full coat before running out of paint. This suggests either I was too generous with my first coat (don't think I was.. ), or the 60m2 coverage specified on the tub is not realistic. Might be worth considering when buying the product. Product seems decent, easy to apply, very fast drying, not smelly, easy to clean off rollers and brushes.

Great for new plaster
I'm a first time DIYer and Bought this as an undercoat for painted walls, where it is very thin and watery but does the job it's supposed to to prepare the walls for emulsion. Where this was really helpful though was on newly skimmed ceilings. Two coats before applying the ceiling paint works like a charm, so this seems like a good all-round product to prepare all your walls/ceilings for painting!

Does what it says on the tin.
Bought this paint to try smooth, prime walls before painting. I filled in all the holes, used two coats of this paint and then painted with the top coat and it’s perfect. For a novice diyer who didn’t want to spend lots of money it was great. I plan on doing the front room soon so will be back to buy some more!

Does what it says on the can
Having read the reviews for this product I bought this extremely tongue in cheek to seal previously painted walls which had not been sealed properly when the house was built 9 years ago and the emulsion on the walls looked like crazy paving. It's a thin mix, but it's a sealant not one coat emulsion!! Applied two coats - it looks white - followed by 2 coats of B&Q Ottawa emulsion. Brilliant finish.

Terrible paint
I brought this product to seal a new ceiling, applied two coats as directed, then applied two coats of Matt emulsion. The Matt emulsion paint was not staying on the surface thereby leaving the ceiling looking terrible

Full fat milk would have better coverage
I mistakenly thought I would try and save some money on the undercoat as my Wife bought the top coat that I assume is made of Unicorn tears judging by the price. I have used the entire 5 litres on a room 8’ x 7’ and it looks as though I have splashed Skimmed Milk on the walls! Avoid and pay the extra!
