Poorly manufactured
Bought several of these and have had to replace 50% of them over 2 years. The spring mechanism is weak and prone to breaking within. Handle becomes very loose over time and just flops on backplate. The colour wears off within months to reveal gold colour finish underneath. The handles essentially are not fit for purpose as they fail within a short space of time and cease to operate as a ' door handle'. Also, now out of stock every where and this means I will have to replace 10 x handles now to maintain house decor.

Wrong length advertised
Bought on line for 104mm length. Picked up to find they're 170mm length. Look great, but cannot use

Attractive handles, tricky packaging.
Bought five sets for a flat refurb. There is a small allen key in the screw pack, this is to unscrew an allen key on the under side of the handle, this releases the plastic holding bits. The fitting screws offer the option of drilling right through the door or small screws for the usual fitment.

Good product, poor packaging
Bought these handles from my local B&Q, really nice product when on the door. The packaging needs to be reviewed as a lot of handles had scratches on and even sharp edges.
