Need better instructions & quality control
Better insutrcutions are needed, e.g. how to get the things out of the pack - easy when you know! :) Also a disproportionate number (4 out of the 11 total I bought (two of which were returns for this reason - I didn't really want to have to go back to the shop...)) are faulty in that you can't get the collar off - this is a known fault, not something I was doing wrong, as they said they'd had lots of returns for this reason. Once they're on the door, they're lovely, though.

Looks nice but awful to fit - don’t buy
No instructions and very difficult to fit. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are a professional and have the correct tools.

Good product, but no instructions!
I bought the product because it had the right look to it, got it home and then had to work out how to unpack the handles and how to fit them. Seriously B&Q, you need to supply information about how to fit this product.

Fine, but comes with wrong screws and no spindle
The product does the job but the included screws are not appropriate - I purchased this with a latch and a notty pine door. The included screws protrudes too far into the door and make it impossible to install the latch. I had some shorter screws on hand so it wasn't too much of a problem. Unfortunately neither the handle nor the latch came with a spindle (the square bolt like thing that goes through the latch and into the handles to make the whole apparatus work). The spindles are sold separately, and only in packs of two - a bit odd when the handles and latches can be bought as individual items. Not a very well thought out package, but functional.

Difficult to fit
The product when finally fitted and finished looks nice and works well. It has a feel of good quality. But my oh my what a difficult, complex and time consuming set of handles to fit. Over engineered and overthought. The handles when finished merit 5 star but the difficult fitting 2 star
