It’s ok
Look nice but feel a little cheap and difficult to get out of packaging

Useless
The handles themselves are fine. But like the other reviewers, I bought this lock thinking it was a complete locking mechanism for my bathroom door. There was nothing on the packaging to indicate that you needed additional pieces and no instructions to speak of. I also returned to B&Q to get advice on what else I needed, only to be told, quite categorically, that I didn’t need anything else and that I must have installed it incorrectly. They did not have another pack (the same) to check. The two assistants simply would not accept my word that the pack only contained handles.

Useless
Lock spindle but no locking mechanism, no mention of this on the instructions. It assumes you are replacing like for like so would already have the correct mechanism but we thought this would lock the handle. More expense to buy the addition plate with both door catch and lock.

Not fit for purpose
Purchased this for bathroom, handle comes with lock however the lock provided doesn't actually lock the handle. B&Q do not sell any other locks that fit so had to take back
