Doesn't tell you that it requires another lock!
So bought this to replace an old bathroom lock. Drilled new holes then when I installed the lock I realised it doesn't actually lock! It needs a separate lock! Nowhere on the packaging does it mention this. And now it's too late to uninstall it. B&Q really need to do a better job than this. This is bad marketing. Expect this service from a shoddy market trader.

Check the latch type
You will need a full lock type latch. If fitting yourself into a new door you'll a 16mm and 10mm wood drill, and sharp chissel.

Very poor quality not worth the money
The whole product is very poor quality and even when on it still Looks cheap … I’m going to go elsware and buy a better quality one

Nicely made handles
Good handles but not made clear that you also need to buy a two lever deadlock to go with them. Unless you already have this type of lock, this involves a not too easy bit of woodwork

Not fit for purpose
I bought 2 sets of these handles and they were both returned for a refund. Plain and simple - they don't lock. It's not a case of they don't work properly, the problem is that they don't even appear to have been designed to lock as there is no connection between the handle and the lock. Not fit for purpose and B&Q should withdraw these from sale immediately.
