Slotted waste designed to leak
Just be aware that because of the design of slotted wastes they are much more likely to leak around the bottom, in fact are almost certain to. This is because the waste water can access the external thread and will wick down unlike unslotted. The design relies on the bottom hard plastic threaded collar sealing the thread or the bottom sealing washer expanding sideways into the thread (unlikely), this is not the case with unslotted wastes. You will need a generous amount of plumbers mait round the bottom of the thread where the collar screws on or similar to sort this out.

Super little thing.
Fitted easily, works fantastically and looks good. No more stupid leaking plugs.

Poor seal
As per the previous comment, I too had a leaky experience. The seal under the basin wasn't water tight, and required plumbers mate to seal properly.

Poor seal
The seal to the underside of the basin was ineffective and needed sealant to make it waterproof
