Poor quality screws supplied with hook
Screw snapped as screwing into door. Now have to damage door to remove broken screw. Very disappointed.

Rawl plugs are too big for screws
The Rawl plugs supplied are too big for the screws. Once it had been screwed on, the screws couldn’t be tightened and you can’t just pull them out again. Get your own Rawl plugs if you buy this.

Disappointing
I bought this item because it was aesthetically pleasing and ideal for the purpose that I intended to use it for (tea towel hanger). However, upon fixing the screw, the screw head stripped easily before I could screw it all the way down and consequently the screw went into the wall incorrectly making it look ugly as it was not flush. If there were some spare screws with this product then that would assist the consumer immensely because the screws have a finish on them which are not as easily sought if they need to be replaced.

Great antique effect
I've new doors in all upstairs rooms and wanted some hooks that were classy and not bright! These fit the bill.
