Fabulous product
We had our bathroom upgraded and this was completed last week. The towel rail radiator looks stunning and the price was good. Would definately recomment.

Excellent Product and Excellent Service
Initially purchased as part of a bathroom order. However, it wasn't in the order notes. Called store and they immediately took full responsibility, apologised and delivered the towel warmer to me, that very day. The product itself is exactly what I needed it to be. Perfect size, produces a lot of heat and looks good too.

This is NOT electric!!
3 days later than arranged finally got this product delivered, realised it’s not electric thought courier had got it wrong but No the product code was right. But it isn’t electric had builder waiting 4 days in total and as I got online they wouldn’t even refund in store absolute shambles will never use this company again

Towel warmer
You will need to buy separately an electric heating element, to use this radiator. Or connect to your central heating system via plumbing addons. Product description should state No heating element included as misguiding the consumer otherwise a good product.
