A fonctionné 6 mois
Produit en panne, ne s'allume plus aprés 6 mois d'utilisation. A été acheté le 9/10/2019 (moins de 3 Ans après achat avec carte casto donc garantie 3 Ans) au magasin d'Hellemmes NORD. Ce magasin étant fermé, comment dois je pratiquer pour me faire remplacer ou rembourser ce produit. Merci d'avance pour votre réponse Cordialement

Not fit for purpose
Purchased first one 2 years ago and it lasted just 7 months. B & Q replaced it and it lasted 10 months. This product is very poor quality and I don't understand why B & Q still sell it.

Mauvaise étanchéité

DO NOT BUY - stopped working in 8 months
Like the other reviewers said, this product is absolute trash: installed summer 2020, stopped working completely January 2021. It was installed under a front porch covering, so wasn't even subjected to the full elements. Unfortunately I didn't keep/can't find the receipt, so can't get a refund. I'd advise anyone considering this to avoid. I also bought a smaller similar model for the back of our house, which despite being rated for outdoor use/installation, seemed not to be fully water-proof, and has also stopped working. Trash.
