This product is great.
I bought this product last month and I think it's great because I can now safely use my light instead of using the broken one which this new one replaces.

Basic light fitting
Standard bayonette fitting with no frills for loft in my case but would do any where really.

Poor quality lets this down
It's a bulb holder - it holds bulbs perfectly competently and is reasonably easy to wire up (though wiring cable in is a challenge). What lets it down is the poor design and slap-dash manufacture. When I tried to fit the first one of these I had, one of the wires came out of the connector block on the actual bulb holder. No drama... until you realist that there's NO WAY to get a screwdriver onto the terminal block and the bulb holder can't be removed from the housing to free up access to the screws. So, die to bad design and the want of doing a screw up properly I've got to go back to B&Q for a replacement.

Good product
I bought two of these 2 months ago as I had just moved house and all but 2 of my ceiling lights had these fixtures which makes the lightshades look neater next to the ceiling rather than hanging down. Delivery was quick and price very good. Electrician fitted them without any bother and had 2 done within 30 mins.
