Very Smart!
we bought this 6 drawer Bergen chest to match the Bergen bedside cabinets we already have. The quality is excellent, they look extremely elegant and high quality considering what we paid for them. The drawers run smoothly and the finish is in a bone white, which is extremely flattering to any bedroom. We are very pleased!

Awful
Just put together this chest of drawers and none of the drawers sit properly in it. Infact, some slide off the runners as if the frame is too big. Currently claiming for a 2nd one to try, and hoping that will be better. Real shame because the look is lovely and its just what we wanted if it went together properly! Fingers crossed or else we will be asking for a refund

Looks good but a bugger to put together
Really hard to put together- instructions really complicated and hard to interpret. Also not white as described, more of an ivory/light cream.

A bit of a jigsaw!
I purchased this product because it was exactly the right colour, size and shape that I needed. Unfortunately however, the instructions and explanations of how to put it together were very vague, and I really struggled (no words, just diagrams). The pre-drilled holes, for example, on the drawer runners, did not match the positions they needed to, hence having to drill more to put it all together. I ended up having to ask a 'handy man' to help me complete the assembly, and he also found it difficult to follow the instructions. In the end, we concluded that the two small drawers at the top of the chest were perhaps 'meant' to close in a different place to the other 4 lower drawers. The finished furniture therefore does not match the photograph on the website, but it still works 'ok' as a piece of furniture that matches with other items in the bedroom, and the drawer handles do match, which is nice.
