Nothing but trouble
Brought this product 2 years ago from b & q it broke within 12 months and had it reapaired through guarantee it’s now broke again within 12 months same reason but guarantee has run out so off to buy a new one

Une horreur
J'ai acheté ce produit en confiance. Malheureusement il n'a jamais fonctionné. Beko n'a jamais voulu changer ma plaque. Ils ont fait venir un réparateur pour constater que ma plaque ne marchait pas et une fois ce constat fait il n'a pas eu le droit de réparer ma plaque. Car il lui fallait l'accord de la marque ! La réparation de put intervenir que 11 jours après. Vous avez bien lu : réparer une plaque neuve ! Et impossible d'obtenir une explication, un remboursement ou un dédommagement.
