Avoid this horrible door
Very poor quality. wasted so much money on fitting and a few months after, stopped working and no support from B&Q!

Do not buy this door!
I want to tell you guys that this door is faulty on launch system and the professional spend their all day just doing this door, they tried to adjust the hinge after they find the door handle won’t lift up to launch, they were asking me to return it, but I find the style of this door is nice, so I asked them to do it, they said fine and trimmed the door and refitted the launch system on different place, after the installation the handle is extremely hard to lift up, the kids can’t open the door, you need a lot effort to just lift it and even open the door, situation like this one the key will get snapped after all, it’s just a waste of time! And you will surely get disappointed!

Shoddy manufacturing
Do not waste your time with these doors. I ended up purchasing three of these doors and refunding them one after the other. Every single one of them had the same fault; the handle would not lift up and latch the door. Yes, I adjusted all three hinges. With the first two doors I thought I got unlucky, surely there is no way that all the doors in this range were faulty? By the third door I was pulling my hair out and ended up calling in a professional. He confirmed what I had suspected - there was a manufacturing error with the way the latch system was made, which is what was causing the issue. Besides the above problem, the door also feels very cheap and lightweight, and the handle feels like it will snap with regular use. Much better off spending more money and getting a better door!
