The construction of this door is engineered with a unique configuration of timber that is laminated and glued together in different directions. Lipping is then fixed to the edges and a veneer is then applied to the surface.

Very rough finish
Door came with a very rough finish big knot missing out of it.

Not manufactured properly!
Bought 2 doors few months ago, which are perfectly fine! Then went to buy another 3 paid for them all fitting couple weeks after noticed the doors no longer shutting now this is because the joints have come away and expanded! Not happy at all!! Waiting to hear back for a refund and for what iv paid the joiner to fit them and a set of replacement doors.

Prompt delivery
I had to purchase this online as no B & Q stores stock this reduced width door. Therefore, I ended up paying for delivery. Item came boxed. Slight damage when I went to install it but to much hassle to return

Door warps easily
These pine doors do seem to warp very easily. I had to throw away my last one as it warped so badly it was unusable, but I blamed myself as it was stored on its side for several months. This one I installed and varnished within a week of purchase and it still warped a small amount though we can live with it. Recommend only flat storage and very fast installation and sealing after purchase to avoid warping! I was worried about the delivery only option as it was a non standard size as sometimes delivered items arrive damaged but the door was well packaged in cardboard and the condition on arrival was good.

Check carefully before opening or preparing!
The price was very fair and the quality was ok. Slight warp had to be coaxed out and at least once insert panel had been machined in on the skew (couldn't do anything about that so I will have to live with it). There are quite a few straggly bits of wood that need to be sanded out too!

Nice Door
Good quality product and looks good. Needs a slight sanding to take off the rough edges but its easily done.
