Hard to keep looking clean.
Had the black mattt zinc fitted a couple of weeks ago and it looks lovely. BUT it’s extremely hard to keep clean. It’s apparently scratch heat steam moisture resistant but you have to put boards down for everything you do or the slightest bit of grease or cup mark or fingerprint doesn’t come off. It’s not the cheapest in the b&q range but I bet it’s one of the most hard work you will come across. I like to have tidy worktops with not a lot on show and getting boards out for every little thing is a pain. If I could return it I would. Buy a cheap worktop and put boards on anyway . Just be richer for doing it. Poor quality B&Q

Awful product
The colour of this worktop is lovely but it is awful quality. We have had it for a year now and am forever buying new products to clean the worktop, the smallest thing stains it. Where I would usually antibacterial the sides with a cloth I can't do with this worktop as it leaves water smears. It's a lot of money to spend out though so trying to decide if I can go through the hassle and cost of having it replaced! I would most certainly not recommend this product.

Cleaning
I fitted the zinc black Edurus work top about six monts ago. At first it looked fantastic, but over time marks became much harder to remove. I looked up the maker's website (Fenix) and they give some useful hints on how to clean the surface. One suggestion is to use magic sponges (available from B&Q ). We tried this and were amazed with the result. With very little effort, and just water as a lubricant the worktop soon looked like new again. If I had not seen it myself I would not have believed it. A pity that B&Q don't supply a sample sponge with the worktop it would save them and the customers a lot of hastle. I have, however, not tried this on the Titan Grey surface.

Would not reccomend!
This worktop is a load of rubbish, it soaks in stains in seconds. Making a cup of tea and accidently spill a bit... you've had it! I am constantly wiping this worktop and have many boards along in the hope that nothing gets spilt onto it. I would not recommend spending a couple of hundred on this plus fitting for it to practically be something to look at!

poor quality
My product may have a problem however I can't prove it. Purchased this 1 month ago as the tester piece within the B&Q store matched the grey gloss kitchen very well. once fitted it looks great. HOWEVER, do not lay anything down on it. this worktop is more or less an ornament for show. Anything you lay on it, tea/coffee etc will stain the surface, which should not happen on any kitchen work surface. 1 month old and it has several stains and black looking marks which have appeared over time, our previous worktop of 10 years was in better state than this is now after 1 month. also the filler which is used where the worktop joins is completely useless, makes a big mess and after a day or 2 will wear out. this worktop is also available in 3 or 4 other colours I seriously urge people to keep away.

Work top fine, like the colour
I was really disappointed when I paid a kitchen fitter to fit worktops but he could not finish the job has it does not come with edging strip. I think it should be made clearer that you have to order this seperatly . Now got to wait for that to come next week. NOT HAPPY!!
