• Make sure the surface area is dry, solid and free from debris. Mix by hand or mechanical whisk using clean water and equipment. Avoid over mixing. Mix ratio - we recommend you use 11.25L of water for 25kg. Suitable sealer or primer may be required depending on substrate. An applied thickness of 11mm is recommended. Thickness in excess of 11mm should be built up in a series of keyed coats of 8mm. Working time of 20-30 mins, setting time of 60 minutes. Ready to skim in 75 minutes. Can be used as a one coat if polished up, otherwise skim over.
