Product information
This model has a built in humidity (condensation) sensor. When the humidity level reaches the threshold the fan will automatically switch on, when the level drops below the threshold the fan will continue to run on for the pre-set time. Additionally it can be operated in conjunction with the room light. When the light is switched on the fan starts, when the light is switched off the fan continues to run for the pre-set time (which is adjustable). IMPORTANT: Requires a permanent live, switched live and neutral connection (3 wires excluding earth) at the fan position in order for the timer functionality to operate correctly, otherwise it will operate on humidity sensor mode only. This fan requires to be permanently connected to an unswitched supply in any case.
