Strong hardened steel cable and fixing plates, with durable plastic covers that provide an attractive easy-care finish. Allows windows to be opened for ventilation, whilst keeping the room secure, and the vulnerable safe. Ideal for hospitals, mental institutions, nurseries, schools, hotels etc, as they stop windows from being fully opened, to prevent accidents and maintain security. Fixed restrictors must not be used on fire escape windows.
