PACK OF 25 - STS NoMorePly TG4 Tile Backer Floor Board 1200 x 600 x 18mm Direct to joist, tongue and groove to four sides, fibre cement board. Good heat transfer, so ideal for use with underfloor heating. KEY FEATURES Tongue and groove finish on all four sides ensures a robust attachment and minimizes board waste. Attach 18mm fiber cement boards directly to floor joists (spacing up to 600mm centers). Efficient heat transfer makes it suitable for both wet and electric underfloor heating systems. An excellent base for tiles, vinyl, or engineered timber flooring. No movement with heat transfer, guaranteeing no squeaks or noises over time. Classified as A1 non-combustible, providing protection in case of a fire. Resistant to water and mold, making it ideal for use in damp areas. Suitable for both internal and external applications, and 100% recyclable. Easy to handle, manageable for one person to lift and work with.
