The promotion implies all customers who purchase ​any Mira Dual or Triple outlet shower (Digital, Electric, Mixer and Power)​ from 1st March to May 31st, 2024,​ qualifies for cashback through the Mira website (with proof of purchase).

1. Eligibility

1.1 Mira Showers offers the Mira Showers Dual/ Triple Outlet cashback promotion (the Promotion) to you if you make a purchase of a qualifying Mira Showers Dual Outlet or Triple Outlet Electric, Mixer, Power or Digital Shower (in store or online) from a retailer located in the United Kingdom (UK).

1.2 To claim cashback from the Promotion you must purchase, or have purchased, a Product, from the list contained at 1.1a above (the Product), from a participating retailer located in the UK, in a transaction between 1st March 2024 to 31st May 2024 inclusive (the Promotional Period).

1.3 All other products are excluded. Purchases of the Product made outside the Promotional Period, or purchases of a second hand, refurbished or reconditioned, or counterfeit product, will not qualify.

1.4 You must be aged 18 or over and must be a resident in the UK. By submitting the form, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.5 The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with an employee discount.

1.6 You may not submit an entry in the Promotion if you are an employee of or otherwise associated with Mira Showers, its holding or subsidiary companies or its agents, and Mira Showers will disqualify any such submissions. By entering a submission, you are (i) confirming that you are eligible to do so and eligible to receive the cashback and (ii) indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible for the promotion.

2. Making a Submission

2.1 To submit your claim to the Mira Cashback promotion, upload your full purchase receipt showing the date of purchase to the claims section of https://www.mirashowerscashback.co.uk/. The proof of purchase must be submitted within the claim period of 31st March – 31st July 2024 as stated on the proof of purchase. All submissions must be made by midnight on 31st July 2024. Any submissions made after this time or outside of the closing date, will not be accepted. A submission for an Electric/Mixer/Power dual or triple outlet shower will entitle you to £35 cashback. A submission for a Digital dual outlet shower will entitle you to £50 cashback.

2.2 If you are unable to register your purchase online, you can send a copy of your full purchase receipt to the address in section 3.5, complete with the printed pdf of your online submission form. We must receive your submission form by 31st July 2024.

2.3 Mira Showers does not accept any responsibility for submissions that are misdirected, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause. Submissions by fax or telephone will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered submission forms will be deemed void, as will submission forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Mira Showers will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of submission.

2.4 Please note that any Installer who makes a submission for themselves will be required to declare this promotion through their business per BIC.

3. General

3.1 Mira Showers reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the Promotion or these terms and conditions without prior notification. If unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable, your legal rights are not affected.

3.2 Mira Showers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all submissions to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid, or repetitive submissions including, without limitation, to require you to prove that you did not return the Product within the period of 28 days from the date of delivery or purchase. Submissions for returned products, bad faith or fraudulent entries or submissions that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated.

3.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira Showers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any individual under the Promotion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict Mira Showers’ liability for personal injury or death caused by Mira Showers’ employees or agents.

3.4 Any personal data supplied by you will be used by Mira Showers and its agents or associated group companies solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation unless otherwise specified in your GDPR preferences. Any personal data relating to any entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
