No, you can become a digital member by joining online. If you want to use your membership when you shop in store, you'll need to bring an email from the B&Q Club, either printed or displayed on a smart phon (containing your membership number), or have downloaded the B&Q app so that you can share your membership details with our colleagues in store. You can also download your membership number to your digital wallet and scan it from your smart phone.  The instructions to do this will be in your welcome email.

We won't automatically post you a card when you join, but you might find it handy to have one. Pick one next time you're in store - just ask one of our colleagues. You'll then need to register your card and add it to your existing membership online or in store with a colleague.

You can pick up a B&Q Club card in store. Simply ask one of our colleagues for a card and you can then register your new card online.

If you are a new member, you should receive an email within minutes of registering your B&Q Club card, to let you know that your registration has been successful.

Occasionally, it might take up to 24 hours to arrive. Don’t forget to check your spam, junk or promotions folder for the email. You might also want to add club@info.diy.com to your email safe senders list.

You’ll need to have an email address if you wish to join the B&Q Club. This will allow you to receive reward vouchers and our latest news, benefit from digital receipts and update your account online.

You should only have one account per email address. When a new card is registered to an account it will supersede the old card number. Multiple members in a household will need to register with different email addresses. We can only link one card to an email address.

Your B&Q Club reward vouchers can be used when shopping in store and online.

If you want to shop online without creating an account;

You can add your Club membership number on the basket page. Scroll down past your order summary and select ‘Add B&Q Club card or discount code’. Add your club number without any spaces in the ‘Enter your B&Q Club membership number’ box and click Apply.

Using B&Q Club vouchers online

Vouchers need to be entered on the basket page. Scroll down past your order summary and select ‘Add B&Q Club card or discount code’. Change the dropdown menu to ‘Voucher code’ and enter the online code in the ‘Enter your B&Q Club membership number’ box, exactly as it is displayed on the voucher, ensuring there are no spaces after the code, and click Apply. Please note that vouchers are for one use only and only one voucher can be used per transaction. Entering a second voucher will void the first one. See full terms and conditions for B&Q Club vouchers on the voucher email.

There could be a number of reasons why you're not receiving emails from the B&Q Club.

First check your spam, junk or promotions folder for the email. You might also want to add club@info.diy.com to your email safe senders list.

You should also check your B&Q Club account as you could be opted out of emails or not registered correctly. Sign in to My Account by entering your email address and password, you can check and change your opt in preferences under the Marketing Preferences tab.

If you do not have a username and password, you will need to create one by verifying your email address. Verify your email address here, after which you can sign in to My Account to change your details.

If you continue to have issues, please get in touch using our Contact Us form. Please provide your email address and membership number so we can investigate.

If you are already registered with Club then your current membership number will attach to the app.

If you've picked up a Club card in store you can  register for additional benefits using the B&Q app.

Or if you're already registered, you can also add your Club card for use in the app.

Once registered, on the ‘account’ page where the Club membership number is displayed, select ‘use a different card’. On the pop-up, you then select ‘add a new card’.
