RCD plugs

Residual circuit devices (RCD), a device that monitors the flow of electrical current through the live and neutral wires of a circuit. The primary function of these is to prevent fatal electric shocks for bare wiring. RCD plugs cut off electricity automatically when activated. They provide higher levels of protection compared to regular fuses and circuit-breakers.
