Constructed with high-quality planed softwood in a sturdy tongue and groove shiplap pattern, the walls of this fortress are not only well-sealed against the elements but also provide protection during play. The timber used is continental slow-grown wood, offering a tighter grain, extra strength, and a longer lifespan compared to cheaper playhouses. The floor features tongue and groove boards, and the roof is made from Oriented Strand Board (OSB), including roofing felt.

The three fixed windows are glazed with environmentally-friendly shatter-resistant styrene, a safer alternative to glass. Additionally, both opening ports and the door feature safety hinges to prevent trapped fingers.

The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating by you immediately on installation, once you've agreed on a colour! The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber and the OSB roof is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are supplied.
