The Winchmax Original Orange 12v Electric Winch is a powerful and reliable tool that is ideal for recovery trucks and 4x4 vehicles over 3.5T. It has a straight-line pull of 15000lb and is powered by a super powerful 12v 6.8hp/5.1kw series wound electric motor. The winch features an ultra-tough three-stage gearbox with hardened steel gears and a casing machined from billet steel for maximum impact protection. It has a "through-drum" rope connection with a grub screw for ultra-secure attachment. Winchmax winches are CE certified and built to ISO9001 quality management system requirements, and come with an industry-leading lifetime warranty on mechanical components and a 3-year warranty on electrical components.

The winch is based on a 15,000lb winch frame, so although it is electronically restricted to 9,000lb it is a bigger and stronger winch than a 'standard' 13,500lb model.
