Its 3 layer construction consists of an aluminium core through both the base and sides for even and thorough heat conduction, and is finished off with stainless steel on the inside and outside of the pan for an elegant brushed style that is easy to clean. With all three layers combined, the pan has a thickness of 3mm to ensure it is durable and long lasting, resisting warping or denting. This pan is designed with optimal versatility in mind, safe on all hob types, including being compatible on induction hobs, and oven safe up to 250°C.
