The clear glass lid included comes with a built-in steam vent that allows for products to be visible and stops pressure from building up, to guarantee efficient cooking every time. The pan is designed with an encapsulated base, this enhances the cooking performance due to getting less heat spots and gives better and more even heat distribution across the pan.
It is dishwasher safe and the non-stick coating allows for easy cleaning both inside the dishwasher and whilst cleaning by hand.
