Product information
Hybrid countertop oven with direct cooking using gas or wood burning. Easy to use, made of thick high temperature painted steel to withstand the outdoors. It is equipped with feet to place it on a surface of your choice, as long as it is suitable to support its 105kg weight.
Features and benefits
The oven is equipped with a register to opt for gas or wood use, a flue with a stainless steel chimney cap. Equipped with 2 burners under the hob for gas use and steel wood holder for wood use. The cooking chamber measures W60 x D50 x H34cm and is made of stainless steel with a high quality refractory material fireplate certified for food use. Excellent insulation with natural stone wool to maintain high temperatures longer. Control knobs and thermometer on the oven structure. Glass oven door with handle and hooking system in the upper part. Supplied with a cleaning kit and protective cover.
